Hi, I’m Gorjana (that’s Gor-yah-na) a workshop facilitator, controls engineer, trainer, coach and someone who’s on a mission to revolutionize how teams connect, communicate, and create together.

After spending over a decade designing and troubleshooting mission-critical systems (think: conveyor belts that can’t break down and teams that must work together), I realized something: The real challenge isn’t just the systems—it’s the people running them. Miscommunication, misalignment, and a little too much chaos? That’s where I come in.

My Superpower

I bridge the gap between teams that speak different “languages.” From engineers and project managers to dreamers and doers, I know how to get everyone working in sync—and actually enjoying the process. Why I Do It

As a military spouse and a mom to a toddler, I’ve seen firsthand how life throws curveballs. But I have also learned how to adapt, pivot, and thrive no matter the circumstances. That’s what I want for the teams I work with: to take challenges, turn them into opportunities, and create something extraordinary.

Because at the end of the day, I believe the best solutions don’t come from one brilliant person—they come from a room full of people sharing ideas, overcoming friction, and building something together.
